For Educational Institutions and University removals, the first stage is to identify the key elements of
your move. A qualified surveyor will visit you in order to discuss all the details and requirements.
From this we will construct an operational schedule detailing cost, timing and any special services
that may be required. Pricing is done according to the volume and risk of breakage of the goods.
Once the operational structure plan of the move is prepared, a well coordinated relocation together
with the institutions authorized person and educators will start. We work as efficient as possible
to curtail the time of the removal so that the institution won't need to suspend education.
Laboratories (physics, chemistry, computer), libraries, electrical equipment, fax/ photocopier/ printer and
other computer equipment, IT room (server, ups, etc.), classes, files, stock, valuable items and all
kinds of furniture are carefully packed and transported.
For large-sized furniture we use the so called "bubble-nylon" as seen in the picture below.
We do not wrap any furniture in blankets!
For a neat arrangement and accurate distribution of all goods we have our own labeling system where we use METECO stickers.
We also prepare an inventory for the relocated goods/stored furniture.
